The Small Print

I pride myself on excellent customer service and up to date knowledge around car seat safety. When purchasing a seat from DMB Car Seats I want to ensure you are happy and confident in your choice and as such the policies reflect this.

All car seats will be dispatched using UK couriers. (Standard delivery is 3-5 working days)
Once the car seat has been unboxed and installed in the car we cannot accept a return unless faulty.
If there is an issue with the seat you have purchased from DMB Car Seats, please contact us directly so that it can be rectified ASAP.
